Pedofiles get a pass in StKilda.

The worst criminal Australia has ever seen is this drug addict that goes by Sally. She is cooked as. The woman smashes a quarter of meth every 3 days and spends her time attempting to get other people convicted of bullshit crimes they haven't committed, or petty crimes that don't matter.

Sally has admitted to some serious crimes. At St Kilda police she confesses to attempted murder and pedofelia. The arresting cop is either boning her or taking a payment for services rendered as he has no regards for the law or for the implications of his actions.

Because of StKilda police, pedofelia is now a minor crime that police can write off at the station. It's important everyone knows that this president has been set as a fair and just system relies on equal opportunity across all stations.

St Kilda police have also decided that attempted murder is a minor offence that can be handled with a diversion. Police have the right to discretion, however this precedent will have massive implications on the justice system as now diversions must be considered for all attempted murder situations. It wouldn't be fair otherwise.

Whats interesting is that the arresting officer agreed that trying to convicted someone of 756 crimes that didn't have proper basis was attempted murder however being the office that laid the charges himself, he is technically guilty of attempted murder also. He should probably turn himself in. Lucky he has set his own precident that attempted murder is no longer a serious crime that can be dealt with by a diversion.

So, where is the line. Sally was able to secure a diversion for modern day slavery in the Magistraites Court. It cost her $300k, but the judge made the call not to consider the victim or the details of the situation. Good on Sally, it's not her fault that the court made such a lenient decision, but what about the victim? Does anyone care?

The Magistraite that made the call provided her personal bank account details for the $300k transfer and was asked to resign when other officials learnt of the shifty decision. She got to keep the $300k and leave her job without a stain on her reputation which is kind of bullshit given the circumstances.

Truth, im proud of Sally. God on her negotiating super generous deals to get herself out of trouble. Poor form by St Kilda police and the Magistraites court who have made attempted murder, pedofelia and modern day slavery minor offences that can be written off without proper investigation or penalties.

It's a trilogy of insane decisions, but it's important that everyone is made aware so that all pedofiles, murders and slave masters can be treated equally in the eyes of the law.
